Mini-ITX is very small, measuring 170mmx170mm (6.75 inches x 6.75 inches). The power supply is less than 100 watts. The Mini-ITX processor is an ultra-low-power x86 processor that is soldered to the motherboard and is cooled only by a heatsink instead of a radiator and fan.
