If you did not request DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, after receiving notification from the sender that the goods have been shipped, please monitor the logistics company's order status. When you receive customs clearance information, promptly contact the logistics company for assistance with customs clearance and payment of import duties.
Sometimes, if the declared value of the goods is too high, the freight forwarder may prepay customs duties. In this case, you may not receive a customs duty invoice directly from the logistics company. Therefore, if you have not received a customs duty invoice, please contact the sender promptly to understand the situation and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings later.
