Brightness: Generally set at 60-80. Excessive brightness can easily cause eye fatigue and premature aging of phosphors.
Contrast: Generally it can be set at 80-100.
Refresh rate: The refresh rate refers to the number of times the picture is drawn repeatedly per second, measured in Hertz. The average person's eyes basically don't feel flicker for refresh rates above 75 Hz, and no flicker at all above 85 Hz. The refresh rate of ordinary color TVs is only 50 Hz. Currently, the lowest refresh rate output from computers to monitors is 60 Hz. It is recommended that you use a refresh rate of 85 Hz or 75 Hz. Because when the display works in its extreme state, it is easy to cause aging of circuit components and cause damage. Therefore, do not set the refresh rate at the highest limit of the monitor. It should be slightly lower than its highest refresh rate.
